pak55 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and pak55 ("the Platform", "pak55", "we", "us"). By accessing the pak55 website, creating an account, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, understood their meaning and agreed to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the pak55 platform in any capacity. Continued use of pak55 after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming page, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and pak55.

To register and maintain an account on pak55, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pak55 is an adults-only platform and we take underage access very seriously. Age verification is conducted as part of the withdrawal process and may be requested at any earlier time at pak55's discretion.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, agent accounts and accounts registered on behalf of a third party are not permitted on pak55.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration including your real name, valid Pakistani mobile number and a secure password. Using false, misleading or another person's identity constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure with all balances forfeited.
• You must not already hold an active pak55 account. One account per individual is strictly enforced. Duplicate accounts detected by pak55's systems will all be suspended and any withdrawals pending from those accounts will be cancelled.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement with pak55 at the time of registration. Attempting to register while under a self-exclusion order is a breach of these Terms.

pak55 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion where eligibility requirements are not met or where pak55 reasonably suspects misrepresentation. Decisions made under this clause are final.

Your pak55 account is personal to you and must not be shared with, accessed by or used by any other person under any circumstances. You are entirely responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, regardless of whether you personally authorised that activity or whether it resulted from a third party gaining access to your credentials.

pak55 strongly recommends that you:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your pak55 account that you do not use on any other platform.
• Never disclose your password to anyone, including pak55 support staff. pak55 will never ask for your password.
• Log out of your account on shared devices, public computers or any device that is not exclusively yours.
• Immediately notify pak55 if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting support@pak55.ws.

pak55 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. Where unauthorised access is reported promptly, pak55 will investigate and take reasonable steps to protect your account — but we cannot reverse bets or transactions that were completed before you reported the issue.

All financial transactions on pak55 are conducted in Pakistani rupees (PKR). pak55 does not accept, hold or pay out in any foreign currency. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500 per transaction via all supported payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard.
• Deposit processing: Mobile wallet deposits (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) are credited to your pak55 balance instantly upon successful transfer confirmation. Bank transfers and card deposits may take up to 30 minutes.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 per request. Withdrawals are only available to payment methods previously used to deposit into the same account, subject to verification requirements.
• Withdrawal timing: Mobile wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 15–60 minutes of approval. IBFT bank transfers are processed on the same business day for requests received before 5:00 PM PKT.
• Verification hold: pak55 may apply a verification hold of up to 72 hours on first withdrawals or on accounts flagged for review. During this period, withdrawal requests are queued and processed upon completion of verification.
• Your funds only: Only funds that were deposited by you from payment methods registered in your own name may be withdrawn. pak55 does not process withdrawals to accounts belonging to third parties.

pak55 does not charge fees on deposits or standard withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may charge their own transaction fees, which are entirely beyond pak55's control and are your responsibility.

By placing a bet on pak55, you acknowledge that the outcome of all games and sporting events is uncertain and that you may lose the entire stake placed. pak55 does not guarantee any returns and is not responsible for outcomes that go against your prediction.

General betting rules:

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed by pak55, the odds are locked and cannot be changed, renegotiated or cancelled by either party except where explicitly permitted by the specific game or market rules.
• Minimum bet is Rs 100 on sports markets and Rs 20 on casino games unless stated otherwise in the specific game lobby.
• Bets placed on events where the outcome is already known at the time of placement are void and the stake will be refunded. pak55's determination of whether this condition applies is final.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (palpable error) on any market, pak55 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous odds regardless of whether the event has been settled. An error is considered palpable where the price offered was materially inconsistent with market conditions at the time.
• Cricket and football bets are settled according to official match results as confirmed by the relevant governing body. In-play bets are settled based on the state of play at the time of cash-out or at full time as applicable.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win for the full return to be paid. Where one leg in an accumulator is void, that leg is removed and the accumulator is recalculated on the remaining legs.

pak55 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or maximum winnings on any market, player or account at its discretion and without prior notice. This measure is used to manage risk and does not constitute a breach of these Terms.

pak55 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms published at the time of the promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance in your pak55 account. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be converted to real money through completing the specified wagering requirement.
• The wagering requirement for each promotion specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds. Specific requirements are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe stated in the promotion. Uncompleted bonus balances expire at the end of the stated period and are removed from the account without compensation.
• Only one bonus promotion may be active at a time on a pak55 account unless otherwise specified. Activating a new promotion before completing the requirements of an existing one will result in the existing bonus being cancelled.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, providing false information, coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures, or deliberately losing bets to clear wagering requirements in a risk-free manner — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings.

pak55 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without notice. Promotions are intended for personal, recreational use only and are not transferable between accounts.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on pak55. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to register on your behalf or using your payment methods.
• Providing false, misleading or stolen personal information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access the platform or manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in pak55 systems to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known software error must be reported and will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any other manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed at pak55.
• Using the pak55 platform for money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds or any other financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing pak55 staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Accessing pak55 from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of pak55 complies with the laws of your local jurisdiction.

pak55 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory bodies in any investigation related to prohibited conduct on the platform. Account information, transaction records and bet history may be disclosed to authorities as required by applicable law.

All content on the pak55 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software code and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of pak55 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pak55 platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute or publish any content from pak55 without written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of any pak55 software or game.
• Create derivative works based on pak55 content or use the pak55 brand in any way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without written authorisation.
• Frame or embed pak55 content on any third-party website or application.

Any unauthorised use of pak55 intellectual property will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may be subject to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak55's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort or otherwise — is limited to the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pak55 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, even where pak55 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, cyberattacks, force majeure events or any other circumstances beyond pak55's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your use of the platform on an unsecured network, shared device or compromised device.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment processors including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay or any bank — including delays, failed transfers or account freezes imposed by those third parties.
• Game outcomes, sporting results or any random event that did not favour your bet or gaming session. pak55 is not responsible for variance in outcomes that are determined by certified random number generators or live sporting events.

Nothing in these Terms limits pak55's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by pak55's own negligence.

pak55 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on pak55, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

In summary, pak55 collects your name, mobile number, payment details, device information and transaction history for the purposes of:

• Operating your account and processing transactions.
• Complying with anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations.
• Delivering relevant promotions and account communications where you have opted in.
• Improving the pak55 platform based on aggregated, anonymised usage data.

pak55 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification providers and regulatory bodies as strictly necessary for the operation of the platform and compliance with applicable law.

pak55 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gaming should be entertaining — it is not a reliable way to make money and should never be treated as a source of income or a means of resolving financial difficulties.

As a registered pak55 player, you agree to use the platform responsibly and to make use of the protective tools available to you:

• Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps through your account settings. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for 24 hours.
• Session timers: You may configure alerts that notify you after a specified period of continuous play on pak55.
• Self-exclusion: You may exclude yourself from pak55 for any period from 24 hours to permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.
• Cooling-off period: You may request a cooling-off period of 1 to 6 weeks during which deposits and betting are suspended on your pak55 account.

pak55 may impose responsible gaming measures on accounts without prior notice where our monitoring systems identify patterns consistent with problematic gambling behaviour. These measures may include deposit limits, stakes restrictions or mandatory verification checks. Players affected by such measures will be notified by email or account message.

Amendments: pak55 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via email or an account notification at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the pak55 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and pak55 in relation to your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, agreements or understandings.
